25 Weeks

Fitness/WODs:
Sunday 5/1:
Warm up was a 1.5 mile walk.
21-15-9 Deadlift 95#, Pushups (on toes, chest to ABmat)

Monday 5/2: "Cindy" 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats, 20min AMRAP. 
I got close to 9 rounds with a band for pullups.  REMEMBER intensity is much lower and focus is on form and strength :)

Wednesday 5/4: OOPS! I slept through my workout.

Friday 5/6: Partner WOD, 200M equipment carry, 42-30-18, KB Swing ,Wall Ball, DB Clean (in between each carry, reps decrement each round. (harder than it sounds!)

Food this week: This week was my Birthday and I had a Brownie with Ice Cream on the big day and shortly thereafter I had total sugar crash and remembered why I rarely do that! Seriously I was so sleepy and tired afterward I was falling asleep at my desk.  Other than that, it was a pretty good week foodwise!
